The Society encourages every family researcher to record relationships, places, dates, photographs, stories, cemetery information, and the sources behind each discovery. The value of a family archive reflects the contributions of the people who preserve it.
Material submitted for future publication will be reviewed. Information about living people will be handled carefully and will not be published without appropriate permission.

The former Society assigned letters to documented immigrant lines. This system is preserved as an archival research aid and will be reviewed as documentation becomes available.
